Can I roll over unused blow dries?
No — your 5 blow dries must be used within your billing cycle. This keeps the flow fair for all members.
Can I use my membership on colour day?
Yes — you can use one of your monthly blow dries as your finish after a colour service.
Can I choose my stylist?
Absolutely. You can book with the stylist you trust, subject to availability.
What if I’m on The Smooth Club but want curls one day?
You can upgrade your appointment at the time of booking for just £10, which allows extra time for curls or tonging.
If you regularly prefer curled finishes, we recommend upgrading to The Long Finish Club for a more tailored experience.
What’s your cancellation policy?
You can reschedule up to 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice incur a £10 late fee.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the service value.
