Blow Dry Membership Terms and conditions

 

 

Simply Blow dry is a membership, members can book up 10 appointments for the month ahead. . All we ask is that you follow the below guidelines. The appointments will also be released subject to salon availability.

  • Appointments are a maximum of 30 minutes for shorter hair and 45 minutes for longer hair.

  • You must only book the available appointments for the membership you are on. If you are on the short haired membership, but you book a long hair appointment, we will cancel your appointment.

  • Payments for the Simply Blow dry membership will be automatically taken on the same day each month unless you have ended your subscription.

  • Simply Blow dry members can only have a maximum number of 2 appointments booked at any one time - we will check your appointments occasionally to ensure this is adhered to. There is a maximum of 10 in a month.

  • If you wish to cancel your subscription you can cancel through the Vagaro website.

  • Appointments cannot be swapped or exchanged with other Simply Blow dry members.

  • If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48hrs notice then a late fee will be charged, or if you fail to show up, a  50% charge will be taken.  You can reschedule up to 24 hours before.

  • If the monthly subscription direct debit or late cancellation fee is unsuccessful; the membership will be paused immediately. In the meantime further attempts will be made to take the fee automatically. Membership will only be reinstated when full payment is successfully taken from the registered card. You will not be compensated for time missed during suspension of membership or additional transaction fees.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if members attend an appointment more than 10 minutes late.

  • There are no guarantees made of regular availability of appointments to members. During busier periods reduced availability will be given to Simply Blow dry members.

  • We reserve the right to suspend, refuse, or withdraw a membership without notice, at any time.

  • Appointments can be requested, however it is the sole discretion of the salon to grant these requests

  • Appointments are made through Vagaro website.

Terms and conditions for Ultimate Blow Dry Club

 

Ultimate Simply Blow dry is a limitless membership, members can book up to 3 appointments for the week for the month ahead with their chosen stylist.  The terms and conditions are in place to ensure salon policies are kept with all memberships.

  • Appointments are a maximum of 45 minutes for shorter hair and 60 minutes for longer hair.

  • Simply Blowdry members can book ahead for a month ahead with your chosen stylist

  • You are entitled to a free Mask worth £10 every month.  This can be booked through the salon when you are booking your appointments..

  • This membership is with Charlotte, Eleanor and Maria only.

  • We reserve the right to suspend, refuse, or withdraw a membership without notice, at any time.

  • Payments for the Simply Blowdry membership will be automatically taken on the same day each month unless you have ended your subscription.

  • If you wish to cancel your subscription you must contact the salon

  • Appointments cannot be swapped or exchanged with other Simply Blowdry members.
