Complaints Policy

At Simply Hair Salon we aim a guarantee customer satisfaction, but in circumstances where you feel this has not been achieved , we encourage you to let us know and we will always strive to correct the service.

All feedback will be used to develop and maintain our services and will be received with gratitude.  Delaying a complaint will seriously affect our ability to investigate and rectify.  We kindly request that if you are not 100% satisfied with your service, for any reason, you inform us via email, telephone or in person within 7 days of initial services.
