How do I choose the right hair colour for me?

Our expert stylists will help you choose the perfect shade during your consultation. We'll consider your skin tone, eye colour, lifestyle, and personal preferences to recommend a colour that complements your features and enhances your natural beauty.

Can you correct my current hair colour?

Our colour correction services are designed to fix any colour mishaps.  However, we will test your hair to see if it can take more colour, you will need to invest in treatments such as K18 and may have to follow a strict home care plan to help your hair recover from any truma.

How often should I touch up my hair colour?

The frequency of touch-ups depends on your chosen colour and hair growth. Generally, we recommend touching up every 4-6 weeks to maintain vibrant and even colour, especially for covering grey hair or maintaining rich brunettes and reds.

Will colouring my hair damage it?

At Simply Hair, we use high-quality, professional-grade products that minimise damage and maintain hair health. We also offer treatments, such as K18, to strengthen and nourish your hair during and after the colouring process, ensuring it stays healthy and vibrant.

How can I maintain my new hair colour at home?

We provide personalised aftercare advice to help you maintain your colour. Using colour-safe shampoos and conditioners, avoiding excessive heat styling, and protecting your hair from the sun are key steps. Our stylists will recommend the best products for your hair type and colour.

Terms and Conditions

If you're new to Simply Hair Salon or changing your colour we recommend a consultation before booking.

You can do this online by filling in an online consultation form or booking a free 15 minute consultation on our online booking system.

Your hair condition, your health and safety are our priority, so you will likely be asked to pop in the salon for a skin test and possibly a strand test.

We require a card capture to secure all colour bookings.

​

You can cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before and you will not be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

​

We understand things happen and sometimes you have to cancel last minute.

In these circumstances, we always endeavour to fill the appointment space but if we cannot fill that space we will have to charge your card.
