Do I need a Signature Colour Planning Appointment before booking?
If you're new to Simply Hair, planning a significant colour change or unsure which service is right for you, we recommend starting with a Signature Colour Planning Appointment.
This allows us to create a safe, personalised plan while protecting the health and integrity of your hair.
Will I need an Allergy Alert Test?
Your safety is always our priority.
Depending on your colour history and the service you're booking, an Allergy Alert Test may be required before your appointment. We'll advise you during your consultation if this is necessary.
Will I need a Strand Test?
Some colour journeys require a Strand Test to assess how your hair will respond to the colouring process.
If we recommend one, we'll explain why and arrange this during your Signature Colour Planning Appointment.
Do I need to pay a booking fee?
Yes.
A 50% booking fee is required to secure your colour appointment.
This allows us to reserve dedicated time with your colour specialist and prepare for your personalised colour experience.
Is my booking fee refundable?
Your booking fee can be transferred if you reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the loss of your booking fee, as it is often difficult to refill dedicated appointment time at short notice.

Absolutely.
Many of our clients know how they want their hair to look and feel but aren't sure which service will achieve it.
That's exactly what your Signature Colour Planning Appointment is designed for. We'll recommend the most suitable colour journey based on your hair, your goals and the level of maintenance that suits your lifestyle.
Terms and Conditions
If you're new to Simply Hair Salon or changing your colour we recommend a consultation before booking.
You can do this online by filling in an online consultation form or booking a free 15 minute consultation on our online booking system.
Your hair condition, your health and safety are our priority, so you will likely be asked to pop in the salon for a skin test and possibly a strand test.
We require a card capture to secure all colour bookings.
You can cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before and you will not be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
We understand things happen and sometimes you have to cancel last minute.
In these circumstances, we always endeavour to fill the appointment space but if we cannot fill that space we will have to charge your card.
