You’ll receive an email with your membership details, booking instructions, and discount codes within 24 hours. -
Book Your Appointments

Schedule up to 4 Curl-by-Curl Cuts with included luxury treatment, and steam hydration for the Curly Queen Membership, or 4 Maintenance Curl Cut and Diffuse appointments for The Curl Cut Club.

Book your complimentary birthday blow-dry (must be used within your birthday month).

Collect Your Seed & Soul Supplements (Only available in The Curly Queen Membership)
Choose to collect them in the salon for free or have them posted to your home for £3.36/month. Provide a current address if opting for delivery. -
Enjoy Exclusive Discounts

Receive 10% off all retail products and 5% off additional salon services, starting immediately.

Ongoing Membership
Payments are taken monthly via direct debit. If a payment fails, we’ll contact you to reactivate your membership. -
Cancel Anytime
Cancel with 30 days’ notice. Any outstanding balance for services already used must be settled before cancellation.

Membership Terms and Conditions

Membership Activation:

Membership benefits become active immediately upon the first successful payment.

A confirmation email with your membership details and booking instructions will be sent within 24 hours. If you don’t receive it, please contact us.

Booking Appointments:

Members are entitled to 4 Curl-by-Curl Cuts with included luxury treatment, and steam hydration for the Curly Queen Membership, or 4 Maintenance Curl Cut and Diffuse appointments for The Curl Cut Club.

Appointments can be booked at any time during the year but cannot roll over to the following year if unused.

The complimentary birthday blow-dry must be booked and used within your birthday month and is subject to availability.

Seed & Soul Supplements (only available in the Curly queen Membership):

Supplements can be collected in the salon for free or delivered via post for £3.36 P&P per month.

Members opting for delivery must provide an up-to-date postal address at the time of purchase.

Discounts:

Members receive 10% off retail products and 5% off other salon services.

Discounts apply as soon as the membership is active and cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

Payment Terms:

Payments are taken via direct debit on the day you join and then monthly thereafter.

If a payment fails, we will contact you to arrange reactivation. Memberships will be suspended until payments resume.

If payments are not resumed within 30 days, any unused services or benefits will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy:

Members can cancel at any time by providing 30 days’ notice.

Any outstanding balance for services already used must be settled before cancellation is finalised.

Simply Hair reserves the right to terminate memberships for misuse or breach of these terms.

Refund Policy:

Memberships are non-refundable once purchased.

Missed Appointments:

Missed appointments without 24 hours’ notice will be counted as used within the membership.

Changes to Terms or Pricing:

Simply Hair reserves the right to update membership terms or pricing for future memberships. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

Personal details provided for membership purposes, such as your address, will be handled securely and not shared with third parties.
