What are the working hours?
This is a full-time position based on a structured 2-week rota.

Week 1: 5 working days

Week 2: 4 working days

You’ll have every other Saturday off
This structure is designed to support both consistency in the salon and a balanced routine for the team.
How does the pay structure work?
You’ll be paid a reliable hourly rate, alongside the opportunity to earn commission based on performance.
We’ll talk through this in more detail during the interview, so everything feels clear and aligned from the start.
What holiday allowance is included?
You’ll receive 28 days paid holiday per year, including bank holidays.
We also close the salon over the Christmas period, giving the team time to properly rest and reset.
Do I have to work weekends?
Saturdays are worked on an alternate basis, meaning you’ll have every other Saturday off.
This allows for both strong client availability and regular personal time.
What does the leadership side of the role look like?
This is a hybrid role, where you’ll be working as a stylist while also supporting the day-to-day running of the salon.
You’ll be working closely alongside Laura and Holly, with guidance and support as you grow into the leadership side of the role.
